Improvements

  • Added support for showing proof of delivery photos when available
  • Added the ability to create rules for uploading international documentation
  • Added MID code support for SRI carriers
  • Changed how DDP is handled when uploading CSVs in the UI
  • Allow MID codes to be modified using the update order API endpoint
  • Removed calculate_ddp from features parameter in Order payloads
  • Allow merchants to toggle showing return methods in the returns portal
  • Allow orders created by specified stores to be skipped when they are synchronised to Shippit from Fluent
  • Allow tracking events to be sent back to Fluent

Bug fixes

  • Fixed a bug that sometimes caused an error in product classification
  • Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the user management screen to show a 500: Internal error
  • Fixed a bug that sometimes created duplicate order numbers
  • Fixed a bug that sometimes caused the user update command to fail
  • Fixed a bug that caused some extended merchant details not to populate in some integrations
  • Fixed a bug in the NetSuite integration that prevented NetSuite IDs with special characters from connecting properly
  • Fixed a bug in the eBay integration that caused order processing to fail if no dimensions were given
  • Fixed a bug in the Cin7 Core integration that caused bulk locations preference updates to fail
  • Fixed a bug that meant you couldn’t upload the same customs document, even after it had been deleted
  • Fixed a bug in the returns portal that showed the Reason and Condition fields even if there were no choices for selection
  • Fixed a bug that caused some international orders to not send tracking event
